Yesterday, my youngest child (and only son) and I went off on an adventure… all by ourselves. When you have three children, it can be hard to find the time to spend with just one child. Especially when you’re running your own business. So, when an opportunity arises, I take it!
For our special day, we went to The Children’s Museum in Indianapolis. Now, we’ve been there several times throughout the last year. However, I’ve never taken just one child. It was so much fun to watch him and spend our day doing the things that he wanted to do. I can’t imagine my girls wanting to spend so much time playing with the toy dinosaurs or trains. I truly had a great time with my little guy. I cannot wait to do it again!
Here are a few of my favorites from our adventure. Enjoy!

Fall is here!! | Marinda Fowler Photography | Seymour, Indiana
October 11, 2009
Late last week, as I peered out the front door, I was in awe of the sun peeking through the leaves of our trees. Then it hit me that the leaves were dwindling and were already starting to turn colors! Fall is here, my friends! So, I grabbed my camera and went outside to capture some of the beauty before the sun settled in for the night.
Of course, if a parent is outside, a child is sure to follow.
Here are some of my favorites from that mini-session.

Just a reminder, the first day of the mini-holiday sessions is THIS saturday (October 17). I still have some morning sessions and just a couple of afternoon sessions left for this date!!

Wiggles and giggles. Superheroes and Princesses… what a fun little group! Today I had the pleasure of photograping my daughter’s preschool class. Their parents should all be so proud. They were very well-behaved and did exactly as I asked. Well, all of them minus one… guess who that would be!?! Yep… my own little princess! I guess I should cut her some slack. She is, after all, suffering from COPS – Child of Photographer Syndrome. Even so, she has the face of an angel and I am truly blessed to be able to capture it everyday.
Here is a little sneak peek of her Preschool Portrait. Enjoy!
