On the first Saturday of this month, I had the honor of photographing Stephany and Landon’s beautiful spring wedding. It was such a pleasure to photograph this group – again! I photographed Stephany’s sister’s wedding last fall.
Here are some of favorite shots from Stephany and Landon’s day.

Stephany with her parents and sisters. Umm, yeah, they are a good looking group, don’t you think?

And one with their photographer.
A giant thank you to my husband for taking this photo – and second shooting with me at this wedding.

Congratulations Stephany + Landon! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your day!
I had the honor of attending one of my longest friend’s wedding vow renewal ceremony. Not only did I get to attend, but, I got to capture and document the day through my eyes. I was beyond thrilled to be able to be there and share my vision with them. It’s true friends that you are able to pick up where you might have left off years ago. Yes, we have been in touch over the years, but we hadn’t actually been in the same room (or state – lol) for a looooooong time. So, it was super exciting to be there on such a joyous occasion.
And I have to give major props to all of Carmen and Rad’s friends and family. Oh. My. Word. These people were super amazingly friendly. Then again, everyone I met in Orlando was crazy happy and nice – especially the super sweet housekeeper that kept letting me into my room when I couldn’t figure out how to work my key card! Well, almost everyone was nice… I’ll just say that I wouldn’t want to mess with the ladies at the Security checkpoints in the airport! They were a little intimidating.
It was really a great weekend. One that I’ll cherish for many years. Alright… and how about some photos already, huh?

And one of Carmen, Rad and I as snapped by their friend (thanks Mehdi!!):

Carmen and Rad, thank you for sharing your ten year anniversary with all of your friends and family. Thank you for letting all of us in on the celebration. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and for taking care of your guests (I know I felt very pampered!). I wish you much love and happiness forever and always.
xoxo,
Marinda
On September 18th, Andrea & Brent tied the knot. You might remember them from their engagement session over the summer. They had a beautiful wedding and a fabulous reception. They were surrounded by lots of their family and friends.
Andrea and Brent were a dream to work with. They chose to have a private “first look”, which ranks way up on my love the bride and groom scale! When doing a private first look, you have the opportunity to see each other for the first time privately (well, minus little ol’ Marinda haha) without a church full of people watching you. You also can then proceed with the family portraits before the ceremony. Because let’s face it… after the ceremony, your guests, bridal party and even you just want to get out of the church and on to the party/food!
So, I was beyond thrilled when Andrea and Brent said they wanted to do a private first look!
Ok, enough of my blabbing… here are just a handful of my favorites from their beautiful wedding day!

As you can see, they truly had a gorgeous day. I am so blessed to be able to document such an important day in the lives of two people.
Just a quick snap of the happy couple and myself, courtesy of a wedding guest (thanks Kelly!!). Note to self… have someone snap a photo at the beginning of the day when I don’t look so worn out! haha

Andrea and Brent, I wish you a long and happily ever after!
xoxo,
Marinda
